Key Responsibilities Provide IT support for computers, printers, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems. Monitor and maintain company network, internet, and Wi-Fi connections. Support ERP, production, and barcode systems used in the factory. Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions. Perform regular data backups and security updates. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems. Coordinate with IT vendors for system maintenance and purchases. Maintain IT asset records and documentation. Ensure company data and systems are protected from security threats. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. • 3-5 years of IT support experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. • Basic knowledge of networks, servers, hardware, software, and Microsoft 365. • Good problem-solving and communication skills. • Able to work independently and support factory operations when required. * Immediate Joining*
