Key Responsibilities Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure smooth project execution. Arrange and facilitate pre-construction (Pre-Con) meetings and coordinate site access to ensure project scope, schedule, and work execution are properly aligned. Coordinate and monitor maintenance works, ensuring all activities are completed according to project requirements, quality standards, and agreed timelines. Compile, review, and verify maintenance job reports submitted by subcontractors to support accurate and timely payment processing. Provide timely site progress updates, maintenance reports, and status reports to customers and internal departments. Review and verify customer completion reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual and project requirements. Update and maintain site maintenance records, asset information, and documentation within the TowerCo system to ensure data accuracy. Plan, schedule, and conduct annual site audits to verify site compliance, asset integrity, and maintenance standards. Manage and coordinate maintenance activities for In-Building Coverage (IBC) sites, ensuring service continuity and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards throughout all maintenance activities. Coordinate and facilitate 24/7 standby maintenance support, including weekends, public holidays, and after-office hours, to ensure prompt response to site issues. Perform ad-hoc onsite maintenance activities and oversee preventive maintenance for existing site. Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in telecommunications, site maintenance, project coordination, or a related industry. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply. Experience in coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, tower maintenance, or In-Building Coverage (IBC) systems is an added advantage. Good understanding of maintenance processes, project coordination, and documentation management. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience using maintenance management systems or TowerCo systems is an advantage. Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external parties. Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Willing to travel to project sites as required. Willing to participate in a 24/7 standby support roster, including weekends and public holidays when necessary.
