Consultant, SAP

We are currently seeking experienced SAP Functional Consultants for the following modules: SAP Material Management (MM) SAP Business Warehouse (BWBI) SAP Cash Management (CM), Loan Management System (LMS) & Government Unclaimed Money (GUMIS) SAP Asset Accounting (AA) Responsibilities: Develop and execute solution design, blueprint, and proof of concept for SAP Material Management (MM)/ Business Warehouse (BWBI)/ Cash Management (CM), Loan Management System (LMS), & Government Unclaimed Money (GUMIS)/ Asset Accounting (AA) module within the non-FICO landscape. Draw on extensive knowledge and experience in SAP MM/ BWBI/ CM, LMS, & GUMIS/ AA for both private and public sector accounting requirements. Have a strong understanding of integration points between MM/ BWBI/ CM, LMS, & GUMIS/ AA and other SAP modules (GL, AP, AR, etc.) during design and development. Interact with business users to gather requirements, prepare Functional Specifications (FS), and provide timely updates on progress. Prepare comprehensive test plans (Unit Test, System Integration Test, UAT Workshop, and User Acceptance Test) specific to MM/ BWBI/ CM, LMS, & GUMIS/ AA and integration scenarios. Coordinate with stakeholders and end-users to conduct effective UAT sessions, capture feedback, and refine solutions. Develop and update training materials, user manuals, and quick reference guides specific to MM/ BWBI/ CM, LMS, & GUMIS/ AA processes and AI enhancements. Requirements: Qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent. Required skill(s): Have strong requirement gathering skills, understanding of SAP standard functionality and customization capabilities and strong in Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis. Key quality(s): Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication & interpersonal skills, learning & facilitation skills, and strong analytical skills Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia Desired experience/exposure: Minimum 4 - 6 years of working experience in SAP consulting, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP Material Management (MM)/ Business Warehouse (BWBI)/ Cash Management (CM), Loan Management System (LMS), & Government Unclaimed Money (GUMIS)/ Asset Accounting (AA). Preferably experienced in Finance Technology projects or large-scale ERP implementations in the public or private sector. Ability to prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and training materials for MM/ BWBI/ CM, LMS, & GUMIS/ AA related Application Improvements (AI) Location: This role will be based at Putrajaya
