The Opportunity: Portfolio Manager Track We are exclusively seeking exceptional, alpha-generating Crypto Traders from top-tier institutions to join an expanding digital asset desk. In this role, you will step directly into an Investment Manager / Portfolio Manager capacity. You will take absolute ownership of your book, run your proprietary solution/infrastructure, and drive high-upside financial performance in a purely meritocratic environment. Compensation & Capital Allocation Base Salary: HKD 90,000 – 120,000+ per month (Highly flexible; open to negotiate higher for stellar candidates). Performance Bonus: Market-leading P&L split strictly 20%+ higher than standard market benchmarks, tied directly to verifiable P&L. Initial Capital Allocation: USD 1,000,000 AUM starting seed capital. Core Responsibilities Strategy Deployment & Desk Ownership: Bring, deploy, and own your proprietary trading solution and strategies across Crypto Spot, Perpetuals, and Options markets. Performance Target: Achieve a minimum annual return (ROI / P&L contribution) of 30%+. Systematic / Quant Execution: Design, backtest, and run algorithmic models. You maintain total flexibility to run your own proprietary code or leverage the dedicated in-house quantitative development team for integration. Discretionary Execution: For non-systematic traders, execute high-conviction intraday or swing trading strategies utilizing advanced technical analysis and market flow awareness.
