Director - Regional Operations Performance

We are looking for a Director - Regional Operations Performance who is responsible for the overall network operations and leads the activities to the highest performance and compliance with the safety regulations and meeting all agreed Service Level Standards. Responsibilities: Strategy Contribution: Monitor the performance of execution by formulating the short- and long-term strategy to achieve organization’s objectives. Budget Management: Manage the department efficiently and within budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered. People Management: Manage the effective achievement of the function objectives and motivating employees to maximize individual and functional performance; Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture within the company. Job Specific Accountabilities: Ensure efficient and effective management of the station operations to enhance productivity and service quality; Evaluate and support the negotiations for ground handling services at all operating stations to ensure services by appointed ground handler meeting regulation requirements and Service Level Agreement in the most cost-efficient manner, to attain high operational efficiency and ensure the highest standards of safety and security are consistently upheld. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost optimization, and efficiency improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, and an MBA is a plus. Minimum 15 years of relevant Operation experience and in a leadership role with a commercial and strategic mindset; preferably an aviation or logistics background. Solid experience with a high level of integrity and professionalism, and able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
