About the Role Angel Real Estate is looking for a Sales Executive to lead B2B growth for our Bangkok market. This role is primarily focused on building and managing agency partnerships, developer relationships, and distribution agreements — driving stock and referral volume through a network of partner agencies rather than direct-to-consumer sales alone. What You'll Do Identify, approach, and onboard partner agencies to distribute Angel's project portfolio Build and manage a pipeline of B2B relationships across agencies, brokers, and referral partners in Bangkok Represent Angel Real Estate in partner meetings and negotiations Support onboarded agencies with training, project materials, and ongoing relationship management Work alongside our B2C sales team to keep partner-driven and direct pipelines aligned Track partnership performance and identify opportunities to expand the network What You'll Need Real estate experience in Bangkok is essential — you understand the market, the players, and how agency and developer relationships actually work here Fluent English is essential Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales Strong negotiation skills — comfortable structuring commission and exclusivity terms An existing network in Bangkok real estate (agencies, developers, brokers) is a major plus Self-directed, comfortable building a pipeline from scratch Nice to Have Additional languages beyond English Experience negotiating exclusivity or distribution deals with developers Background in international/foreign-buyer focused real estate What We Offer Competitive base + commission structure Access to Angel's national project portfolio for partner distribution Support from an established marketing and lead-generation engine A high-growth environment with room to shape the partnership strategy
