Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting Perform month-end closing activities. Review general ledger transactions and journal entries. Review fixed asset transactions and stock adjustments. Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions Inventory & Costing Prepare inventory ageing reports. Review inventory costing and analyze cost variances. Support annual calculation of machine, labour, and overhead rates. Assist in annual inventory stock count and inventory valuation. Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly management reports. Prepare KPI and Related Party Transaction (RPT) reports. Prepare customer margin and profitability analysis reports. Handle ad hoc assignments and requests from management. Compliance & Audit Maintain Bank Negara Malaysia reporting records as required. Assist in external and internal audit exercises. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Job Requirements Education Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. At least 6 years of accounting experience. Experience in manufacturing and inventory costing is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems. Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
