Job Descriptions: สำรวจ วิเคราะห์ และวางแผนความต้องการบุคลากรของแต่ละแผนก ดำเนินการแบบ End-to-End ตั้งแต่การสรรหา คัดเลือกผู้สมัครที่มีศักยภาพ และสัมภาษณ์ ดำเนินการว่าจ้าง ปฐมนิเทศพนักงาน Onboarding ตลอดจนดูแลติดตามเรื่องการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน ดำเนินการจัดทำรายงาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ขององค์กร Job Specification การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า ในสาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ สาขาการจัดการ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน HR หรือ ประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจขององค์กรอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในระดับที่สื่อสารได้ มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรม MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), Microsoft 365, Outlook, Canva และโปรแกรมอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีทักษะที่จำเป็น อาทิ ทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร ทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ ทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยี ทักษะด้านการบริหารจัดการ มีประสบการณ์ในการทำ Visa และ Work Permit
