Manage and develop the organization’s information systems to ensure efficiency, covering IT Infrastructure, Network, System Administration, and Software/Application Development to support business operations. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems. Establish IT Infrastructure and IT Security standards. Ensure data security, data privacy, and system stability across the group of companies, including disaster recovery planning. Manage Programmer/Developer teams in developing and improving internal systems. Analyze user requirements and design systems aligned with business needs. Oversee the development of Web Applications, ERP, WMS, and other internal systems. Manage data access rights and access control. Provide consultation and support for troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
