Key responsibilities Supervising and coordinating daily production activities to ensure targets and deadlines are met Monitoring production quality and implementing corrective actions to maintain company standards Managing and mentoring production team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback Conducting safety inspections and ensuring all staff adhere to health and safety regulations and protocols Maintaining accurate production records, documentation, and reporting to management Identifying process improvements and efficiency opportunities within production operations Coordinating with other departments to resolve production issues and ensure smooth workflow Managing equipment maintenance schedules and liaising with maintenance teams when necessary Addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive and productive work environment Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant manufacturing regulations What we're looking for Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within manufacturing or logistics operations Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control standards, and manufacturing best practices Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and compliance requirements Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency Excellent communication skills in Thai and English, both written and verbal Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively Experience with production management systems or relevant software is preferred Diploma or certificate in engineering, manufacturing management, or a related field is advantageous Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus Apply now If you are an experienced Production Supervisor looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team and make a meaningful impact on our manufacturing operations, we would love to hear from you.
