Responsibilities: Canteen operation handle to serve employee, control 5S and keep monitoring the service operation Employee transportation operation handle to serve employee, control the punctual and keep monitoring the service operation Ensure the smooth operation and keep satisfaction level for continuous improvement Provide support and general task Support ER task to maintain employee relations Support ER's activities Other as per supervisor's assignment Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-3 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on general administration (focus on Canteen and Transportation) Strong background in dealing with employees, focus on manufacturing industry. Experience handling the expectation Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage sensitive issues. Collaborative mindset with ability to work across departments and levels.
