Quality Inspector / QA Officer – Precast Concrete

We're looking for a Quality Inspector / QA Officer to join our precast concrete manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role working closely with production to ensure products meet drawing, specification and quality requirements before leaving the yard. Key Responsibilities Inspect precast products throughout production and prior to dispatch. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Identify quality issues and clearly communicate required rectifications to production teams. Work with supervisors and trades to ensure defects are rectified efficiently. Complete quality inspections, checklists and documentation accurately. Maintain quality records and ensure documentation is up to date. Coordinate with production, engineering and project teams to resolve quality matters. Assist with implementing and improving quality processes. About You Experience in quality assurance, quality control or inspections in manufacturing, construction or precast. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving. Confident communicator who can work with production teams to achieve quality outcomes. Well organised and able to manage inspection records and documentation. Comfortable working both on the factory floor and in an office environment. Current driver's licence.
