The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the organization's recruitment and talent acquisition processes while leading employee relations initiatives and ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations. This role promotes a positive work environment, supports employee engagement, and ensures that HR policies and practices are implemented consistently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Supervise the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing requirements and hiring priorities. Ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates to meet organizational needs. Develop and maintain a strong pool of qualified applicants through various recruitment channels. Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements. Employee Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues. Conduct investigations involving disciplinary cases, policy violations, and employee complaints while ensuring due process. Facilitate disciplinary hearings and prepare appropriate documentation. Promote employee engagement, workplace harmony, and a positive organizational culture. Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on employee relations matters and company policies. Labor Law and DOLE Compliance Ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and other applicable employment laws. Prepare and maintain required employment records and statutory reports. Coordinate with government agencies, including DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund, and BIR, as necessary. Assist during DOLE inspections, audits, and labor-related inquiries. Update HR policies and procedures in accordance with changes in labor laws and government regulations. HR Operations Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and HR programs. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Assist in performance management, employee development, and retention initiatives. Prepare HR reports, analytics, and recommendations for management. Supervise HR staff and ensure efficient execution of HR functions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any relevant field. At least 2–5 years’ experience in DOLE Cases , including 2 years in a supervisory role . Willing to work at the BGC Office. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Can Start ASAP Working Schedule: Monday to Friday
