As a Jebsen Insurance Ambassador , you will play a key role in expanding our client network, identifying business opportunities, providing professional insurance advice, and developing long-term partnerships that drive sustainable business growth. RESPONSIBILITIES Represent Jebsen Insurance at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand awareness and build business relationships. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing suitable insurance solutions and professional advice. Drive new business growth through client acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling activities. Provide ongoing policy servicing and support as a trusted point of contact for clients. Maintain accurate records of client activities, appointments, and sales opportunities. Monitor market developments and provide business updates and insights to management. Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent client service and experience. REQUIREMENTS Open to applicants under IANG, TTPS, and QMAS schemes. Bachelor's degree or above. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in insurance, financial services, sales, customer relationship management, or business development is an advantage. Insurance licensing and/or life insurance experience is preferred but not essential. Comprehensive training and support will be provided. Strong interpersonal, communication, networking, and presentation skills. Proactive, self-motivated, customer-oriented, and results-driven. Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships. Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua .
