We are assisting our client, a European MNC, in finding a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to lead business development across the SE Asia region. This role will be responsible for expanding their SE Asia footprint, i.e. Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc., building long-term strategic partnerships, and driving commercial success across key retail sectors such as supermarkets, convenience stores and grocery retailers. Responsibilities Develop and execute the Southeast Asia sales strategy in line with company growth objectives. Identify new opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and secure partnerships with major retailers. Lead consultative sales of end-to-end loyalty solutions, from prospecting and proposals through negotiation and closing. Develop strong relationships with C-level retail stakeholders, key decision-makers, and strategic partners. Research market trends, competitors, and local retailer needs to guide expansion plans and sales initiatives. Manage key accounts to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth. Collaborate with product, technology, operations, and marketing teams to deliver tailored client solutions. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client presentations. Provide market feedback to support product development, positioning, and innovation. Qualifications 15+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles within FMCG, Marketing Services (i.e. loyalty, retail marketing, CRM, digital solutions), or related industries. Strong SE Asia market experience with established networks across supermarkets, convenience stores, fuel stations, retail chains, or consumer-facing industries. Demonstrated success in high-level negotiations and closing complex, multi-market deals. Excellent communication skills in English. Experience marketing solution to international retailers is a big plus
