Key Responsibilities : Supervise and ensure aviation security standards are maintained in compliance with the National Civil Aviation Security Programme, ICAO regulations, and Annex 17 requirements. Plan, coordinate, and oversee security operations, including developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s security policies and Airport Security Programme in alignment with national aviation security regulations. Monitor, inspect, and assess security measures within operational areas while ensuring employees comply with security laws, regulations, company standards, and customer security requirements. Ensure compliance with safety, security, environmental standards, and customer operational requirements to maintain operational integrity. Prepare, review, and propose security procedures, regulations, and operational guidelines to management in accordance with assigned policies. Monitor security-related developments, intelligence updates, and incidents that may affect aviation security operations, and report findings to management. Conduct aviation security threat assessments and risk evaluations and provide recommendations to management. Investigate security-related accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Provide professional advice and security guidance to relevant departments and stakeholders regarding aviation security matters. Perform duties as an Occupational Safety Officer at the Supervisory Level. Carry out additional assignments related to safety, security, quality assurance, and compliance, provided there is no conflict of interest, as assigned by management. Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation, Aviation Management, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in aviation operations, aviation security, or related business within the aviation industry. Strong knowledge of the National Civil Aviation Security Programme, ICAO regulations, and Annex 17 requirements. Knowledge of Security Management System (SeMS). Understanding of ground handling service standards and aviation business operations. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic operational environment. Strong willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally. Strong interpersonal skills, credibility, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle operational situations effectively. Experience in investigation processes and report preparation. Strong analytical, evaluation, and decision-making skills. Good computer literacy and proficiency in standard office applications. Good communication skills in both Thai and English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing). TOEIC score of 550 or above.
