1. JOB PURPOSE This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Generalist position. Provide strong business partnering support to the key business stakeholders to execute wide spectrum of People initiatives to inculcate a cohesive and engaged workforce. Will be responsible for daily HR Operations with a strong focus on talent acquisition. 2. JOB CONTENT Dedicated business partner for the Used Car entity – the “HR-Go-To” person for employees in the business unit. Manage employees’ relations that are not limited to dispute settlement, grievance handling and disciplinary cases. Implement employees’ engagement activities within the business unit for a highly engaged workforce. Implement, and maintain recruitment strategies and processes to meet current and future business hiring needs and ensure a positive experience for both internal and external candidates and stakeholders. Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and recruitment agencies, to source potential candidates. Update manpower plan and monitor headcount fulfilment. Implement C&B programs that comply with internal equity and external market competitiveness. Maintain HR systems and processes: Workday to be updated and accurate. Provide advice to managers and staff on compensation and benefits, and performance management related queries. Support yearly performance management and budget planning exercise. Compile and analyze data, key statistics, and trends, and provide regular reports to Management. Support Training & Development agenda within the business to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. 3. KNOWLEDGE & SKILL Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in HRM/HRD or related fields. Ability to understand basic English conversation. Ability to work with cross-functional team. Professional Experience Having at least 3 years of relevant experience focusing on HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, compensation, and performance management. Experience in Workday and the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
