Membership Customer Service / Membership Consultant - Fernwood Yarraville Fernwood Fitness Yarraville is looking for a woman who is a highly motivated, energetic people person to join our fun and hardworking team in a sales orientated role. The role will require you to take on a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to: Membership sales working towards targets Lead generation Membership processing Member engagement Greeting members Service members Setting up new members in the club Great Phone skills Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. Applicants will have: Availability for up to 20 - 30 hours per week including some evenings till 7pm and Saturday till 12pm. High attention to detail Outstanding communication and customer service skills Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to the different needs of current and prospective members Ability to work autonomously and most importantly as part of a team Adept in using Microsoft systems and programs Knowledge of, or a desire to be part of, the health and fitness industry Proven previous sales experience is essential To apply: Send your CV to jessica.stickel@fernwoodfitness.com.au
