Due to business expansion, they are now looking for a talented Senior Accounts Executive to join their growing team. What You'll Be Doing Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee AR activities for Hypermarket Key Accounts, ensuring timely collection by monitoring outstanding balances and customer aging reports. Trade Rebate & Deduction Validation: Validate trade rebates, deductions, and credit notes; identify and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner. Promotional & Pricing Documentation: Prepare promotional submissions, pricing documentation, and business performance reports for internal and external stakeholders. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyse sales and financial data to generate actionable insights that support business decisions and commercial strategies. Ad Hoc Support: Carry out ad hoc assignments and projects as delegated by the immediate superior. Who Are They Looking For? Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, trade finance, or a related accounting role with exposure to Modern Trade, Hypermarket Key Account AR management, or trade rebate management Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting/ERP software Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken) Mandarin speaker is an added advantage Detail-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment Why should you consider this opportunity?
