JOB DESCRIPTION Prepare quotations for local & overseas customers, assisting with follow-ups on quotations, and maintaining up to date customer records. Sourcing, negotiating & Compiling rates for quotations preparations with carriers / airlines. To provide sales support and coordination for local & oversea customers. Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns related to shipments and deliveries. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales of logistics services. Understand customer needs and requirements to provide solutions that meet their expectations. Liaise with operation department to ensure consistent quality of service at all time. collaborate closely with Sales team to identify retention and upselling opportunities for existing clients. Conduct market research to identify potential clients or market opportunities for sales team. Assist in cold-calling or emailing potential leads for sales team. Collecting and compiling information on inactive corporate clients for sales team to reactive these accounts. Update CRM system with customer contact information and details of interactions. Follow up with customers after sales meetings and phone calls. Responsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Responsible for any other work-related tasks as assigned by the superior (HOD) on ADHOC basis and attend trainings provided (if required) to ensure that our service level is always up to the customer's expectations. REQUIREMENTS:- Candidates must possess at least higher diploma / degree in logistics, marketing or any equivalent. Fresh graduate are WELCOME to apply. At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar sales support or administrative role, preferably with freight forwarding background. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office. A customer-centric approach and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service. A team player who is willing to contribute to the overall success of the organization Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous. Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills. Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. The ability to multi tasking and quickly switch your focus. Computer literacy, IT skills and typing skills. An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Willing to work extra hours (if applicable)
