ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ ( COO) 📍 Location: Hexa Ceram Dental Lab – Head Office, Chiang Mai About Hexa Ceram Dental Lab Hexa Ceram Dental Lab is one of Thailand’s leading dental laboratories, with a nationwide network of 14 branches and a strong partnership with Modern Dental Group (Hong Kong) . We specialize in delivering high-quality dental prosthetics and digital solutions, serving dentists and clinics with international standards. Our Head Office is located in Chiang Mai , where we drive innovation and excellence across all branches. Position Overview We are seeking a highly qualified COO. to drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and organizational standardization. This senior leadership role will oversee 4M (Method, Material, Machine, Management) and lead strategic initiatives to strengthen efficiency, quality, and competitiveness across all branches. Key Responsibilities Develop, revise, and standardize SOPs to ensure efficiency and compliance with global quality standards Lead the evaluation, sourcing, and procurement of dental materials , including vendor and global supplier management Oversee the acquisition, utilization, and maintenance of production and digital equipment (CAD/CAM, 3D Printing, Intraoral Scanner, Face Scan, etc.) with a focus on ROI and operational excellence Drive the Integrated Digital Workflow to support Digital Denture solutions across platforms and devices Implement and enforce Total Quality Management (TQM) to ensure consistent standards nationwide Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to execute key operational and transformation projects Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dental Technology, Engineering, or Management Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in Dental Lab, Medical Device, or Healthcare Manufacturing Proven expertise in 4M, TQM, QA/QC, and Lean Process Improvement Strong knowledge of digital technologies including CAD/CAM, Digital Scanning, and 3D Printing Excellent communication in English (written and spoken) Strategic, analytical, and results-driven leader with cross-functional management skills สวัสดิการที่จะได้รับ ประกันสังคมและสวัสดิการตามกฎหมายกำหนด, กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ Provident Fund ,ยูนิฟอร์มพนักงาน , โบนัสประจำปี , ค่าทำงานกะกลางคืน 15.00-24.00 น. , ค่าเบี้ยเลี้ยง/ค่าตอบแทนการเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัด , วันหยุดพักผ่อนประจำปี(พักร้อน)มากกว่ากฎหมายกำหนด, ค่ารักษาพยาบาลบุตร , เงินสนับสนุนค่าแล็บทำฟันปลอม , งานเลี้ยงปีใหม่ , ทริปท่องเที่ยวประจำปี , ทุนการศึกษาสำหรับบุตรพนักงานเรียนดีประจำปี , วันหยุดวันเสาร์ตามรอบ ,เงินรางวัลสำหรับพนักงานที่มีอายุงานครบ 6 ปี ,โครงการเงินกู้ยืมของบริษัทฯ ฯลฯ
