We are seeking a Sales Engineer / Manager to join our dynamic Sales Team on a full-time basis in Shah Alam, Selangor . This is a strategic position that combines technical expertise with Account/Sales/Business Development Management responsibilities, enabling you to build and nurture long-term client relationships whilst driving revenue growth. As Sales Engineer / Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and providing technical guidance to ensure our clients receive solutions tailored to their specific needs. What we're looking for: - Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics or a related discipline Ideally in Account/Sales/Business Development Management of Engineering Industrial roles. Those with exposure in HVAC Industry on Variable Frequency Inverter Products will have an added advantage. Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently Proficiency in English; Malay and Chinese language skills are advantageous Must be willing to travel domestically including East Malaysia.
