What you'll be doing? Manage Existing Accounts: Maintain and grow relationships with current customers while identifying opportunities to expand business within each account. Develop New Business: Actively prospect and acquire new customers across key industrial sectors in the Johor region in line with company direction and KPI targets. Promote AESSEAL Solutions: Effectively present and promote AESSEAL's full product range and reliability services to customers in relevant industries. Build Customer Relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships with end users, contractors, OEMs, and business partners to support sustained business growth. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with Engineering and Service teams to develop tailored sealing solutions that address specific customer needs and operating conditions. Lead Technical Engagements: Conduct site visits, troubleshooting sessions, technical presentations, and commercial negotiations with confidence and professionalism. Report and Track Performance: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance, project pipelines, and market intelligence using AESSEAL's CRM tools. Who are they looking for? Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years of technical sales experience, preferably in mechanical seals, rotating equipment, or industrial solutions. Regional Knowledge: Strong understanding of the industrial landscape in Johor, with an established network of customer contacts in the region. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Track Record: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and consistently deliver value to customers. Work Style: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Mobility: Possess own transport and willingness to travel across the Southern Region as a core component of the role. Education Level: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Technical Expertise: Familiarity with sealing applications in pumps, mixers, and rotating equipment is highly desirable.
