Job Descriptions • Manage Store BOM of all Bakery brands • Create product articles and key in store BOM into SAP system • Archive and update newly created products and articles in a systematic order • Monthly costing run in SAP system • Product cost calculation • Conduct market research on food trends and prices • Assist in conducting food-tasting sessions • SAC data visualization • Submit department’s invoices and purchase request in the system • Assist in booking meeting rooms and schedule meetings • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders • Other ad-hoc administrative duties Requirements • Diploma or Degree in any field • Well versed in Microsoft office - Excel, PowerPoint and Word • Good with numbers would be a bonus • Great communication and organization skills • Positive attitude with the ability to adapt to changes and a fast-moving environment
