As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for tendering works, cost estimating, contract negotiation, variations, and final accounts for projects up to $20m in value. You will have the ability to unite team members and ensure that projects are priced accurately and managed to budget efficiently. Skills & Experience Required: Minimum of 5 year’s main contracting experience, preferably in interiors. Proven experience as the lead QS on projects. Stakeholder management experience. Strong time management and organisational skills. Exceptional communication skills. Strong negotiation skills. Relevant tertiary qualification. MNZIQS, NZIQS, RICS qualified ideal but not essential.
