The ideal candidate will independently manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with statutory requirements, and timely reporting. The role involves providing end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping services, tax compliance, and financial reporting while collaborating with internal teams across Acclime’s international network. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery. Processing bank payments and preparing client invoices. Data entry into accounting software. Preparation of financial statements and management reports. Payroll processing and compliance. Reconcile bank statements with bookkeeping ledgers to ensure accuracy. Compute taxes and ensure accurate and timely filing compliance with Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting deadlines. (PND1, PND3, PND53, PP30, PP36, PND54, and other taxes related to clients; businesses) Perform audits and Semi-annual report (PND50, PND51, SBC3) and resolve financial discrepancies. Collaborate with internal teams across Acclime’s international network to ensure service excellence and Providing guidance on accounting and compliance matters. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting or a related field. Thai Nationality Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an Accounting Services Firm(s) . Strong knowledge of Thai GAAP, NPAE, TFRS, and tax regulations (VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax, Social Security, etc.). Experience with statutory filings and reporting in Thailand. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple clients independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Fluency in Thai and professional proficiency in English . Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Xero, TR-Cloud software is an advantage.
