Pool & Spa Senior Service Technician

About the role Provide customer service, sales and technician duties to service customers. Manage the valet and service runs for your area. You will be out on the tools 90% of the week, with 10% office admin work for scheduling and quoting. Key responsibilities Accurately input information into all Swimart cloud systems Increase service job sales through fault finding with existing and new customers Schedule valets & service jobs for your area Service swimming pools, spa pools, & equipment to the highest standard Answer service-based enquiries from the store & customers Liaise with retail store staff to ensure that services are being booked Gain new business through new and existing clients Training and assisting valet staff with upskilling and core competencies About you Minimum 2 years experience in swimming pool equipment servicing or installations or plumbing trade. You know how to diagnose issues with equipment, and repair MPV's, Pumps, Heat Pumps etc. Minimum 2 years pool valet experience, you know the difference between a mineral pool and a salt pool. Attention to detail: Excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally Teamwork: Willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members Time management/organisation: Accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner Professional approach (essential) Confident manner (essential) Positive approach to change (essential) Holds a current Full Driver's License (essential) Must be legally able to work in New Zealand without sponsorship, visitor and work visas will not be reviewed.
