Fibreglass Laminator (4-Day Week) Use your laminating skills for mould building and tooling. Are you currently working in fibreglass — boats, pools, or composites — and looking to add to your skills? At ARB NZ Manufacturing (Hamilton) , we’re looking for fibreglass laminators that want to use their skills for mould building and tooling . This is an opportunity to learn how to build, repair and maintain the moulds and tooling behind production — with full support from an experienced team. What You’ll Be Doing Laminating fibreglass moulds Maintaining and repairing moulds and jigs Building robot and QC jigs Working with wood, resin systems, fibreglass and other tooling materials Supporting prototype builds and product development Learning mould building and tooling processes the ARB way This Role Is Ideal If You Currently work in boat building, pool manufacturing, or fibreglass/composites Enjoy hands-on work Want to move beyond repetitive laminating into varied work where your lamination skills can be utilised and you can learn and grow.
