Conveyancing Paralegal

Woods Hatcher Solicitors have been operating on the Gold Coast for over 35 years. We are a well-established law firm located in Coomera and Isle of Capri and are looking to grow our team. An opportunity has become available for a full-time Conveyancing Paralegal in our firm’s busy Coomera office to join our conveyancing team. The key duties and responsibilities of the role are: operate your own files from A-Z under the supervision of our Partners/Solicitors liaising directly with clients and other parties involved in matters preparation of all relevant conveyancing documents and correspondence necessary for the conduct of conveyance matters answering phones, dealing with enquiries and providing quotes to prospective conveyancing clients assisting with paralegal tasks for commercial or other matters To be successful in this role, you will need: Good work culture and work ethic Experience operating your own residential conveyancing files (including pre-registration contracts) from beginning to completion – minimum two (2) years required Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Knowledge of LEAP, PEXA and QRO Online Ability and confidence to work in a high volume, fast paced and demanding environment Warm and friendly relational skills with the ability to build relationships with new and existing clients High level of accuracy and attention to detail Effective time management and organisational skills If the above sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
