We’re hiring for an Electrical Supervisor to lead a team of skilled electricians. Day-to-day will involve the overseeing of commercial and domestic electrical installations, maintenance, repairs, and project management. This role will suit an experienced Electrician who has a background in leadership, or is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality electrical solutions for commercial and domestic projects. As an Electrical Supervisor, you’ll: Manage multiple job sites and oversee a team of electricians, providing guidance, motivation, and leadership Liaise with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to keep everything running smoothly Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including the Construction Contracts Act 2002 and electrical safety standards Train and develop apprentices and junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Prepare reports, process variations, and manage documentation to keep projects on track This team boats a diverse workforce and epic company culture, management are down-to-earth and always happy to share their wealth of knowledge, gained over years not only in the industry, but within the company.
