Business Services Manager

Our Client A large holistic firm of 50+ staff covering all areas of tax, advisory, financial broking, planning for diverse client base. The are looking to appoint a Business Services Manager in the accounting and tax division, requiring several years experience at this level. The key point up front: this is a pathway role. They are not just after a capable manager for today — they want someone with genuine aspirations to become a Director/Partner and an equity holder which is backed by a structured development and succession program, mentoring, and a clear route to directorship and ownership.
