Solution Architect (Success Factor)

The Solution Architect ( SuccessFactor) serves as the overall architecture and solution leader across complex HR technology transformation projects. This role is responsible for connecting multiple workstreams, guiding Lead Consultants, advising senior customer stakeholders, and ensuring solutions remain scalable, practical, and aligned with business objectives. Description Lead architecture and solution design across multiple HRIS modules and workstreams. Align cross-functional consulting teams to ensure a unified solution approach. Serve as a trusted advisor to CHROs, HR Directors, and C-suite stakeholders. Guide Lead Consultants on architecture, solutioning, and design decisions. Manage stakeholder expectations and navigate complex business requirements. Drive pre-sales activities, including solution proposals, demonstrations, estimations, and RFP responses. Oversee project-level governance, risk management, and scope control. Mentor and develop Lead Consultants. Contribute to practice development, capability building, and competency leadership. Profile 8+ years of HR Technology consulting experience, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors solutions and digital HR transformation initiatives. Proven recent hands-on SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience Strong multi-module SuccessFactors solution architecture expertise, with demonstrated experience designing and delivering integrated solutions across core and talent management modules. Experience working within a consulting firm, system integrator (SI), or SuccessFactors implementation partner environment, delivering complex HR transformation programs for enterprise clients. Demonstrated ownership of solution architecture, including requirements analysis, solution design, architecture governance, and alignment with business and technical objectives. Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills Experience facilitating solution workshops and translating business requirements into scalable, end-to-end SuccessFactors solutions. Active SAP SuccessFactors certifications and experience delivering regional or global implementations are highly preferred.
