Credit Analyst (Mortgages)

Company Overview: We are a well-established and dynamic Mortgage Administration company working in tandem with Lenders and Managers in Australia and UK, that offer a diverse product suite including residential and commercial loans to the overseas markets. About the Role: This role provides on the job training for Australian lending policies. It's a great opportunity to work closely with Malaysian co-workers and overseas counterparts so that clients and referral parties understand the difference between Southeast Asia finance and banking vs Australian lending programs. Job Description: Pre-assessment and full assessment of new loan applications for a suitable loan product that best meets the requirement of a client. Packaging of loan submissions for Lending Approval sign off. Accurate recording of information on in-house CRM for all relevant process steps on each submission. Regular follow up of outstanding requirements for submissions in a timely manner Job requirements: Must have history in Credit analysis for Mortgage Lending industry. Written and communication skills in Mandarin language to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. The ability to meet deadlines and time frames to achieve customer satisfaction. Well organized, have great attention to details and be capable of juggling multiple demands. Ability to work autonomously and as a supportive team player. Problem solving capabilities. Composure under pressure
