We are seeking an energetic and values-driven Junior School Teacher to join our team from January 2027. This full-time, fixed-term contract position for a period of 12 months offers the opportunity to inspire curiosity, build confidence and create purposeful learning experiences within a supportive and collaborative Junior School environment. About the Role As a Junior School Teacher at SCOTS PGC College, you will: Create engaging, inclusive and well-structured learning programs aligned with the Australian Curriculum. Build strong relationships with students, colleagues and families that nurture wellbeing and a love of learning. Use assessment and data to inform teaching, track progress and provide meaningful feedback. Model and uphold the College’s values in all aspects of your practice. Contribute actively to co-curricular programs and the broader life of the College. What You Bring We’re looking for someone who: Is a passionate educator with strong classroom practice and a commitment to evidence-based pedagogy. Understands how children learn and can differentiate to support diverse learners. Communicates clearly and builds positive, respectful relationships. Demonstrates professionalism, resilience and a willingness to grow. Enjoys working with young people and contributing to a vibrant school community.
