Yard Assistant

Yard Assistant We are currently looking for an experienced Yard Assistant to join a busy concrete manufacturing plant. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in working safely. Key Responsibilities: Experience with a forklift and a wheel loader Moving concrete products and materials around the yard General yard maintenance and housekeeping Assisting with dispatch and stock control Following all health and safety procedures To be successful you will have: Current OSH Forklift Certificate Current W Endorsement Previous forklift and yard experience A strong work ethic and a positive attitude Good communication skills A commitment to health and safety Full Class 1 driver's licence Able to pass a pre-employment drug test What's on offer: Immediate start 3 month role but could extend Competitive hourly rate Opportunity for permanent employment for the right person Supportive team environment Please note: This role is based in a busy concrete plant, so you'll need to be comfortable working in a dusty industrial environment.
