Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager/Scheduler to manage the recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of caregivers for our in-home senior care agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for posting jobs, screening applicants, conducting interviews, ensuring compliance, and organizing caregiver information for scheduling. The candidate will use tools such as CareerPlug (Job Board), WellSky/ClearCare (CRM), and Checkr (background checks). Title: HR Manager / Scheduler Location: Remote/Virtual Company: Home Care Agency, located in San Francisco Area, California, USA Main Operating Hours: 8a - 5p PST (California Time) Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Applicant Screening: - Post job openings on CareerPlug and monitor applicant flow. - Screen resumes and assess candidates for minimum qualifications. - Conduct phone and virtual interviews to determine fit for caregiving roles. - Track and manage candidate progress in WellSky/ClearCare and AirTable. Onboarding Process: - Gather necessary documents from qualified applicants. - Initiate background checks via Checkr and provide instructions to applicants on obtaining fingerprinting. Final Hiring and Scheduling Preparation: - Confirm compliance and eligibility for hire after all requirements are met. - Organize caregiver information and preferences for the scheduling team. - Transfer applicant data into WellSky/ClearCare for scheduling purposes. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in HR or recruitment (preferably in healthcare). - Familiarity with CareerPlug or Indeed, preferred experience in WellSky/ClearCare. - Strong English communication skills - verbal and written communication. - Experience working remotely, making phone calls, taking meetings, managing documentation. Compensation & Benefits: - Full-time remote position (Philippines-based). - Salary range: 40,000 - 60,000 PHP/month, depending on experience. - Flexible working hours with some overlap with U.S. business hours.
