About the Role Reporting to the Group Reporting Manager, this is a broad and hands-on role supporting multiple business units across a multi-entity healthcare environment. You will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting month-end and year-end processes, and contributing to continuous improvement across finance systems and processes. Key responsibilities include: Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of variances Preparation of monthly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow) with meaningful variance analysis Delivery of three-way financial modelling and reporting alignment Managing month-end processes, including journals, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany reconciliations Supporting GST and PAYE processes and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes Working closely with stakeholders across finance and the wider business Contributing to system improvements and process efficiencies About You You are a technically strong and commercially aware Accountant who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key skills and experience: CA qualified (or equivalent) 3+ years’ experience in financial accounting Strong understanding of month-end, reconciliations, and financial reporting Experience in multi-entity or complex environments (preferred) Exposure to ERP systems (Business Central advantageous) Advanced Excel and analytical capability Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders High attention to detail, integrity, and accountability Why join us?
