Overview: The Partnership Marketing Executive/Senior Executive will be responsible for planning and executing partnership marketing campaigns and brand activations to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of marketing strategies and consumer behaviour. Key Responsibilities: 1.Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and implement partnership marketing campaigns and brand activations in alignment with overall marketing strategy. Coordinate with the sales & marketing team to ensure campaigns are effectively integrated with other marketing efforts. 2.Event Management: Planning and execution of Elogio events, partnership events, exhibition/trade shows, brand activations, and other partnership activities. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management. 3.Brand Promotion: Increase brand visibility and awareness through targeted partnership marketing activities. Plan promotional marketing materials and communicate key brand messages to the target audience. 4.Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of partnership marketing campaigns and report on ROI. 5.Collaboration and Communication: Assist in liaising with all media and non-media partnerships (e.g. influencers, brand partnerships, etc) Collaborate with sales and marketing team to ensure alignment and support for partnership activities. Communicate regularly with the team to provide updates on campaign progress and results. 6.Reporting: Prepare reports on partnership marketing activities, performance, and outcomes. Keep track of marketing collaterals and prepare inventory report on a regular basis. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or other related fields. •Atleast 2-3 years proven experience in partnership marketing, offline marketing, event management, or related roles. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. •Proficiency in written and conversational English is a must. •Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Skills: •Experience in aesthetic/medical industry is a plus. •Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus. •Detail-oriented and agile individual. •Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
