System Analyst

Responsibilities: System Analysis & Design – Collaborate closely with business units to gather and analyse user requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications and system design solutions. Drive AI‑Assisted Development – Lead the team in adopting vibe coding and other AI‑powered development methodologies. Use natural‑language prompts and AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf) to generate code, accelerate prototyping, and speed up feature iteration. Prompt Engineering & Output Optimisation – Master structured prompt engineering to guide LLMs in producing high‑quality code (Java, Python, SQL, etc.) efficiently, and continuously refine AI outputs to meet quality standards. Architecture & Quality Assurance – Oversee system architecture, code reviews, and overall quality, establishing a “AI‑generated + human‑reviewed” collaborative workflow to ensure robustness and maintainability. Team Enablement & Culture Building – Mentor and train team members on the latest AI tools and secure development practices. Foster a culture of innovation that aligns with the company’s strategic goals. Project Management & Delivery – Manage high‑performing development teams (including remote/offshore members), leveraging AI to accelerate the entire SDLC and ensure on‑time, high‑quality project delivery. Cross‑functional Collaboration – Act as the bridge between technical and business stakeholders. Work with product managers, designers, and other departments to ensure AI‑driven solutions effectively address real business needs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with of 8+ years experience as a System Analyst or in software development. Solid hands‑on experience with vibe coding practices, using AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini Code Assist, or similar for both frontend and backend development and rapid prototyping. Knowledge of modern AI development ecosystems, including Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agentic Frameworks, RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation), vector databases, and related technologies. Strong backend skills (Java, Python, Node.js) and database expertise (SQL and NoSQL). Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., React) is a plus. Solid experience in system design, requirements analysis, and full software development lifecycle management. Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (HWC, AWS, Azure, GCP etc) and modern development toolchains (VSCode, Docker, Linux, Jupyter Notebook). Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities. Capable of working independently and leading teams effectively. Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. Nice-to-have : Experience with Generative AI / Large Language Model (LLM) application development. Nice-to-have : Familiarity with low‑code/no‑code AI orchestration tools (e.g., n8n workflows). Nice-to-have : Background in Government projects or enterprise‑grade system development.
