Responsibilities: Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both frontend and backend components under the technical guidance of the System Analyst. Actively use AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) as directed by the SA to accelerate daily coding tasks, and learn to critically review and refine AI-generated outputs. Write unit tests, perform thorough debugging, and conduct basic system testing to ensure software quality and stability before deployment. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including API specifications, system flowcharts, and setup guides, to support knowledge sharing within the team. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Work closely with the System Analyst, product managers, and designers to clarify requirements and deliver features on schedule. Provide technical support for existing systems, including troubleshooting production issues and implementing hotfixes as needed. Proactively stay updated on emerging AI development frameworks and software engineering best practices, and share insights with the broader team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Solid understanding of at least one backend language (Java, Python, or Node.js) and basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React is a plus). Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server) and ability to write basic queries. Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience (even through academic projects or personal experiments) with AI-assisted development tools. A genuine curiosity for vibe coding and prompt engineering is essential. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks. Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in Hong Kong. A collaborative, open-minded, and self-motivated individual who is eager to learn from senior mentors and take constructive feedback positively.
