Job Description Assist the Ground Operations Manager in managing and coordinating day-to-day ground operations. Supervise and monitor ground operations personnel and activities to ensure safe and efficient operations. Coordinate manpower deployment and operational requirements. Ensure passenger, cargo and aircraft/helicopter ground handling activities comply with Company procedures and applicable requirements. Monitor staff training, competency, qualifications and operational records. Assist in maintaining and updating ground operations procedures, manuals and documentation. Support operational audits, inspections and compliance requirements. Coordinate with internal departments, clients, airport authorities and other relevant stakeholders. Assist in resolving operational issues and ensuring timely follow-up. Perform other operational duties as assigned by Ground Operations Manager.
