RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, network, email, and business application issues to ensure minimal operational downtime. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, printers, network devices, CCTV systems, access control systems, and other IT equipment. Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, email systems, user accounts, access rights, and security permissions. Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches, internet connectivity, and server performance. Perform routine system monitoring, preventive maintenance, data backup and software updates to ensure business continuity. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues promptly while maintaining service quality. Plan, implement, and manage IT infrastructure projects, system upgrades and digital transformation initiatives. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT maintenance, technical support, equipment procurement, warranty claims, and project implementation. Develop, implement, and enforce IT security policies, cybersecurity measures, access controls, and data protection procedures. Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, warranties, inventory, and technical documentation. Evaluate, recommend, and procure IT hardware, software, and technology solutions based on business requirements and budget. Prepare IT reports, system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user manuals. Conduct IT orientation, user training, and technical guidance to improve employees' IT knowledge and system utilization. Collaborate with department heads to identify technology requirements and recommend continuous process improvements. Ensure IT systems comply with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory or certification requirements. Supervise, coach, and provide technical guidance to junior IT personnel or outsourced IT support where applicable. Respond to emergency IT incidents and provide after-office-hours support when required to ensure business continuity. Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent. Candidates with 5 - 7 years of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues from China would be an added advantage. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, networking, and basic cybersecurity practices. Possess excellent analytical, structuring and problem solving skills – especially in identifying issues, root cause, resolution alternatives, rationale and recommendation. Good organizational, verbal and written communication skills; and in-depth knowledge of project planning and delivery methodologies. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
