Summary Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the hotel’s social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement. Develop engaging digital content, including social media posts, promotional campaigns, newsletters, and website content. Coordinate photo and video production with internal teams, photographers, agencies, and external partners. Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, display, email, and other online channels. Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, social media engagement, and online conversion results. Prepare regular digital marketing reports and provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. Ensure hotel information, promotions, images, and content are accurate and up to date across the hotel website and relevant online platforms. Work closely with Revenue, Sales, Food & Beverage, and other departments to promote hotel packages, events, restaurants, and guest experiences. Coordinate with corporate marketing teams, digital agencies, media partners, influencers, and content creators. Monitor online trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital platforms to identify new marketing opportunities. Support search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), paid social media campaigns, and email marketing activities. Ensure all digital materials and communications comply with brand guidelines and approval processes. Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, communications, or a related role. Experience in the hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, travel, food and beverage, or service industry is an advantage. Must be a native Thai speaker or fluent in Thai, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Good command of written and spoken English. Good understanding of major social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and online consumer behaviour. Experience in content creation, social media management, digital advertising, email marketing, and basic performance reporting. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, content management systems, or similar tools is preferred. Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, website management, and online advertising. Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual content, design, and brand presentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic photo and video editing tools is an advantage. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented, proactive, flexible, and able to work effectively with internal teams and external partners. Passion for hospitality, lifestyle, travel, food, culture, and digital trends.
