The right candidate must be detail oriented, organized, responsible and proactive in nature to participate in a young and energetic team. ESSENTIAL JOB DESCRIPTION Project & Tender Coordination Support the coordination of customer projects and tenders from project approval through to handover to the Account Management Team. Maintain project timelines, action trackers, and documentation, and follow up on assigned tasks to support timely project execution. Assist in preparing tender submissions by coordinating product information, pricing, samples, and supporting documentation. Brand Services Support the administration of assigned brand portfolios, including maintaining brand guidelines, licensing documentation, price lists, presentations, and approval records. Coordinate brand approval submissions, sample shipments, and follow up with brand partners to obtain the necessary approvals before production. Maintain accurate brand records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date. Cross-functional Support Liaise with Brand Development, Commercial, Design, Product Development, Sourcing, and Quality teams to coordinate project activities and ensure timely communication. Support customer presentations and sample development by coordinating design briefs, project updates, and internal follow-up. Operational Support Prepare project reports, meeting materials, and other administrative documentation as required. Provide support to the Project Management and Account Management Teams during peak workload periods. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project coordination and administrative processes. JOB REQUIREMENTS Degree holder preferably in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related disciplines 4-6 years’ experience in project coordination, project management, sales support, or a related field within international trading environments Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Solution-focused with a collaborative mindset A proactive learner with a strong sense of responsibility Excellent command of written and spoken English & Cantonese is essential Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Officer, Projects Management Interested parties, please click APPLY NOW to submit your full resume with current and expected salary and availability to us.
