空運物流信息化主管

崗位職責 統籌公司空運全套資訊化系統（訂艙、TMS、單證、貨物申報系統）日常維運，收集業務需求對接服務商完成功能優化、數據報表開發，推進業務線上標準化； 結合航空貨運業務規範，完善系統內貨物、危險品線上審核流程，落實民航合規要求，做好危品操作台帳數位化管理； 優化空運提單、清關、口岸交接等單證線上流轉流程，對接機場地面服務商完成數據互通，減少人工出錯； 提取貨量、運輸時效、中轉等業務數據，輸出營運分析報告，提出數位化降本增效方案； 制定系統權限、操作管理制度，組織內部員工系統操作及貨運合規相關培訓，處理日常系統使用問題。 任職要求 本科及以上，電子資訊、電腦、物流資訊類工科相關專業； 2 年及以上香港機場航空貨運實操經驗，熟悉空運單證、口岸交接、危險品收運全流程； 了解物流資訊化系統邏輯，能獨立梳理業務需求、對接系統迭代優化； 熟悉 IATA 危險品相關法規，持有有效危險品從業證書優先； 中英文讀寫順暢，可適應香港雙語辦公，具備跨部門溝通協調能力。 Job Responsibilities Oversee daily operation and maintenance of the company’s full suite of air freight information systems (booking system, TMS, documentation system & cargo declaration system). Gather business requirements, liaise with vendors to implement functional enhancements and develop data reports, and standardize all online business workflows. In accordance with air freight industry regulations, refine online review procedures for general cargo and dangerous goods within the systems, ensure compliance with civil aviation standards, and maintain digital ledgers for all dangerous goods handling records. Streamline online workflows for air waybills, customs clearance and terminal handover documents. Establish data interconnection with airport ground handlers to minimize manual errors. Extract operational data including shipment volumes, transit lead times and transfer records, compile performance analysis reports, and propose digital transformation solutions to cut costs and boost operational efficiency. Formulate policies for system access permissions and operational standards. Conduct internal training covering system operation and freight compliance, and resolve day-to-day system issues raised by staff. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Electronic Information, Computer Science, Logistics Informatics or related engineering disciplines. Minimum 2 years hands-on working experience in air freight operations at Hong Kong International Airport, with comprehensive knowledge of air freight documentation, terminal handover and end-to-end dangerous goods acceptance procedures. Familiar with the architecture of logistics information systems; capable of independently sorting out business requirements and coordinating system iteration and optimization with technical providers. Well-versed in IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations; candidates with valid dangerous goods training certificates are preferred. Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese, able to work in Hong Kong’s bilingual working environment, with strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
