About Our Client A prestigious luxury maison with a distinguished heritage in high-end retail is seeking a polished and service-oriented Host in Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities Client Reception & Greeting Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming clients upon boutique entry with warmth, professionalism, and impeccable etiquette Create a positive and lasting first impression that embodies the brand's luxury standards Appointment & Queue Management Manage client appointment calendars, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments as needed Organise and manage client queues during peak hours to ensure smooth and comfortable boutique flow Be fully aware of upcoming VIP and client appointments and welcome them accordingly Operational & Administrative Support Support the boutique team with administrative tasks related to appointments and daily operations Assist with client documentation, data entry, and CRM database maintenance Requirements Experience 0–2 years of experience in customer service, luxury retail, hospitality, concierge, or high-end service environments Experience in hotels, airlines, fine dining, or premium retail is an advantage Skills & Attributes Impeccable grooming, poise, and a warm, welcoming presence Strong interpersonal and communication skills Client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude Languages Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin Availability Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
