Job Purpose: Support the Marketing Communication team in executing brand campaigns, content production, and media activities to strengthen Burger King’s visibility and engagement across all communication touchpoints. This role will coordinate with agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative assets, ensure timely campaign rollouts, and monitor communication effectiveness. Main Responsibilities: Campaign Execution Support Assist in rolling out ATL and BTL communication campaigns, including digital, social, print, and in-store media. Coordinate with agencies for artwork, media placements, and campaign adaptation. Manage day-to-day content scheduling and posting across Burger King’s owned social channels. Ensure consistency in messaging, brand voice, and creative execution. Content & Social Media Management Support content development for social media (Facebook, LINE, TikTok, IG, YouTube), ensuring timely posting and engagement tracking. Monitor competitor communication activities and provide benchmarking reports. Support influencer/creator partnerships by coordinating timelines, assets, and deliverables. Reporting & Insights Track campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, awareness uplift). Consolidate reports for weekly and monthly reviews with the MarCom Manager. Identify content and campaign learnings to improve future communication. Administrative & Coordination Support Maintain campaign calendars, asset libraries, and approvals. Assist in budget tracking, vendor coordination, and invoice processing. Support preparation of internal presentations and reports. Job Specifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in marketing or digital communication, preferably in QSR, FMCG, eCommerce, or retail. Strong attention to detail and project coordination skills. Familiarity with content management systems, mobile applications, or CRM platforms is a plus. Good command of English (both written and spoken). Creative thinking, problem-solving mindset, and passion for consumer behavior. Demonstrates a strong Passion for Growth by actively seeking learning opportunities, embracing challenges, and driving both personal and organizational development.
