Baby & Toddler Teacher (6 Months – 4 Years) Location: BSD City, Tangerang Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: Monday – Friday & Saturday (Half Day) About Bright Little Stars Bright Little Stars is a premium early childhood learning centre dedicated to providing a nurturing, engaging, and play-based learning environment for children aged 6 months to 4 years. We are passionate about helping every child learn, grow, and thrive through meaningful experiences. We're looking for a caring, energetic, and passionate teacher to join our Baby & Toddler Program. Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct engaging sensory, play-based, and developmental activities for children aged 6 months to 4 years. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. Observe and document children's developmental progress. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Prepare learning materials and maintain an organised classroom. Participate in school events, parent activities, and professional development. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field. Experience working with babies, toddlers, or preschool children is preferred. Passionate about early childhood education and child development. Patient, creative, energetic, and nurturing. Comfortable communicating in English. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
