We are looking for Assistant Director of Sales to join our team! *This is a Clustered postion for Shangri-La Rasa Sayang, Penang & Shangri-La Golden Sands, Penang. As a Assistant Director of Sales, we rely on you to Lead and drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and optimize occupancy and yield. Oversee daily operations to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency. Develop and implement marketing plans and guest recognition programs. Participate in business reviews, forecasting and annual budget preparation. Maintain high sales and service standards across the department. Ensure full compliance with corporate policies and brand standards. Oversee hotel branding, revenue performance and sales channel optimization. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and profitability initiatives. We are looking for someone who: Has a passion for Sales and Marketing Excellent presenter and communicator Is self-driven, goal-oriented, able to challenge the status quo Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel Understands the global market and local environment Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language) Has strong interpersonal skills Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
