As a Assistant Director of Sales, we rely on you to Lead and drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and optimize occupancy and yield. Oversee daily operations to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency. Develop and implement marketing plans and guest recognition programs. Participate in business reviews, forecasting and annual budget preparation. Maintain high sales and service standards across the department. Ensure full compliance with corporate policies and brand standards. Oversee hotel branding, revenue performance and sales channel optimization. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and profitability initiatives.
