Responsibilities: Instruct and demonstrate skiing techniques to individuals or groups Monitor and assess students' progress Provide first-aid where necessary Ensure all safety procedures are followed Assessing the skill level of their clients, Designing customized lesson plans Providing feedback and guidance Requirements: Minimum CASI Level 1 equivalence Excellent skiing ability Experience in teaching skiing Deep knowledge of skiing techniques, equipment, weather conditions and mountain safety measures Patient, Motivated, enthusiasm and friendly Ability to work as part of a team Ability to ski proficiently Ability to teach skiing to others Ability to work with people of all ages and levels Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times Ability to carry out risk assessments
